Financing

You will want to have your financing in line well before the date of the auction you are planning to attend. Contact your bank or other lending institution early to ensure that you have completed all the preliminary paperwork and have arranged to bring an appropriate deposit for the property on which you intend to bid.

When you register as a bidder before the auction, you will be required to show proof that you have the required deposit with you. Your deposit must be in the form of cash or a cashier's check from your bank. Generally speaking, you will have 30 days from the day you make your winning bid to close the transaction.
